Why are we talking about wellness?
Do I dare to venture into this much much subjective matter about personal wellness? I do, mostly because should you choose to perturb me, I can turn off my laptop and be well for a while. There is no defined formula to living right. All those who are telling you otherwise are lying.

Waking up early will never bring you order if you aren't someone who enjoys the morning. Going for a run and eating quinoa won't lighten your lunch if you spend the rest of the day dreaming about rice with aloo bhaji. Control is temporary, a mere dormant volcano threatening to erupt at the tiniest instability.

The goal is to feel joy while performing tasks that prove to be good for you in some way or the other. Do not villainize something on the basis of someone else's experiences. We work towards finding moderation because like we've heard a thousand times before, too much or too little of anything is bad.
